Skipton were quick to react and score 2 converted tries, 34-14. Responding with some powerful forward play Evan Jones dives over 39-14 and Ryan Bradshaw converts his own try, 46-14. Skipton respond again with 3 quick tries 46-31. Kemeny finishes the game with his second 51-31.
After the game Assistant Coach Roy MacKay said, “ We ran the ball from most areas of the field. Set pieces were very good with the support play and off loading of a high quality. However fair play to Skipton who never gave up and scored some quality tries. The most pleasing aspect was the desire to play running rugby in near perfect conditions and the number of different try scorers complimented that approach.”
